Constipation. Bloating. Gas. Poop. Digestive problems. Foods that don’t agree with us. Stress. Emotions. The things we hold onto—physically and emotionally.
We’re embarrassed to talk about them. So we don’t.
And that’s exactly why I created From the Gut to the Heart - Gut Health Community.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in gut health, and if there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s that your body is always communicating with you.
The question is: Are you listening?
We spend so much time asking:
What should I eat?
What supplement should I take?
What should I add?
But I want us to start asking a different question:
What is my body ready to let go of?
Maybe it’s constipation or bloating.
Maybe it’s a food or habit that no longer serves you.
Maybe it’s stress, anger, fear, or something you’ve been carrying for years.
This community is a place where nothing about gut health needs to be embarrassing.
Ask the uncomfortable questions. Talk about poop. Talk about constipation.Talk about gas.
Talk about what happens when you're stressed and suddenly your stomach is a mess.
Let’s Break The Taboo Around Gut Health Together.
There is no judgment here. There are no stupid or embarrassing questions. Just real conversations, practical information, shared experiences, and an opportunity to better understand the connection between your gut, body, mind, and emotions.
Because gut health isn't only about what we put into our bodies. Sometimes it's about what we're finally ready to release.
What is your body ready to let go of?
Welcome to From the Gut to the Heart with Karin Nahmani.
Listen. Release. Reconnect.

The Heart of Our Community:
This isn't a community where you simply sign up and receive information.
We actually talk.
Members come together for live Zoom meetups with Karin where you're invited to ask the questions you've been afraid, uncomfortable or too embarrassed to ask anywhere else.
Poop. Constipation. Bloating. Gas. Stress. Anger. Fear. Relationships. Emotional patterns.
Nothing needs to be embarrassing here.
Karin creates a warm, supportive space where members can ask questions, share experiences, listen to one another and explore the connection between the gut, body and emotions.
You don't have to share anything you're uncomfortable sharing.
You can ask a question. You can tell your story. You can listen. You can simply show up.
And sometimes you'll hear someone else ask the exact question you've been afraid to ask yourself.

Maybe it's stress.
Maybe it's anger.
Maybe it's an old habit.
Maybe it's something you've been carrying for much longer than you realized.
Or maybe you don't know yet.
That's okay.
This community is about becoming curious enough to listen.
Come ask questions.
Come have the conversations we've been taught to avoid.
Come learn more about your gut—and maybe a little more about yourself along the way.
Please reach us at by email if you cannot find an answer to your question.
From The Gut To The Heart is an online community created by gut health expert Karin Nahmani for conversations about digestive wellness, emotions, stress, the gut-brain connection and the relationship between how we feel emotionally and physically.
Stress can influence digestion and gastrointestinal function through communication between the brain and digestive system. From The Gut To The Heart explores this connection in approachable, everyday conversations while encouraging members to seek appropriate medical care for health concerns.
The brain and digestive system communicate with each other, which is why emotional states and gastrointestinal sensations can sometimes occur together. From The Gut To The Heart explores this mind-body connection without assuming that every digestive symptom has an emotional cause.
No. The community is for anyone interested in better understanding their body, digestive wellness, emotional well-being and the gut-brain connection.
Absolutely. Breaking the embarrassment surrounding digestive health is one of the reasons From The Gut To The Heart Gut Health Community exists.
No. From The Gut To The Heart provides education, conversation and community support. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or individualized medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Because gut health isn't only about what we put into our bodies.
Sometimes it's about what we're finally ready to release.
